4. Third Party Rights.

Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
5.Cancellations:
You may cancel your
E-Books-Online membership at anytime you desire, however there will be no
refunds. The act of canceling can be made via email or using the contact us form
on the E-Books-Online website. Cancellation requests must contain your name,
username and date joined. Membership fees are for lifetime. Lifetime constitutes
the lifetime of the member or E-Books-Online.
E-Books-Online
reserves the right to cancel any member for reasons that it feels are
detrimental to the site, its members, its partners or the future success of
itself. Cancellations performed by E-Books-Online are final and there are
no refunds.
6.Refunds:
Because you have immediate access to hundreds of ebooks and
software products, under no circumstances will E-Books-Online refund any money
for any reason. You are agreeing that you are purchasing a membership to
E-Books-Online by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone
associated with or not with E-Books-Online In addition, you agree not to attempt
to charge back or dispute any charges made by E-Books-Online PayPal account or
any other payment processing listed at E-Books-Online today or in the future. In
the event of a billing error or duplicate billing E-Books-Online will
investigate the matter and issue a full refund if deemed necessary.
7. Privacy Policy
All provided registered information is strictly for in house purposes at E-Books-Online. No private information such as name, email address, IP address, phone number will ever be shared, given to, bought or sold to a third party. You agree to receive email from E-Books-Online at the sole discretion or its owner(s) and administration. You agree to never hold E-Books-Online accountable to spam or UAE complaints from you as long as you were a member of E-Books-Online at the time of mailing. You are free to cancel your E-Books-Online membership at your discretion anytime.
8. Security:
You agree that when you are issued a Username and Password by E-Books-Online, you shall use your best efforts to prevent access to this site through your Username and Password by anyone other than yourself, including but not limited to, keeping such information strictly confidential, notifying the Company immediately if you discover loss or access to such information by another party not under your control and supervision, and by using a Username and Password not easily guessed by a third party.
8.Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UK applicable to agreements made and to be performed in UK. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between E-Books-Online and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in UK . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. E-Books-Online's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. E-Books-Online may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Like any other business, there is no guarantee that you will make a profit. This is entirely down to you and again like any other business, you have to put in the effort to get results. You do need to have some knowledge of HTML in order to edit the pages you are going to use to promote the packages. The sales pages provided have payment details for Paypal, Clickbank and other online payment systems which are for other sellers accounts. IT IS IMPORTANT to edit these pages with your own information. The e-books that are on this site were not written by E-Books-Online, but we have full authority to offer them to you for re-sale. Some of the e-books are in the public domain and therefore cannot be sold, but can be offered as a free gift with other packages. It is important to check the licence details of each package you intend to resell.
